29. Planning ahead

2 nights in Warsaw quickly turned into 6, and now I'm way behind in schedule. I better get moving tomorrow toward southern latitudes before it gets too cold and the country roads too muddy.

Option A.

So far I have been following this route, Eurovelo 11, from Finland to Warsaw. But that route is pretty much a dead end that doesn't leave you with a lot of options, and Greece is a country that I'm not too interested in visiting again. So I have been looking at other options.

Option B.

This is my new plan to reach the Mediterranean, Eurovelo 9. It is shorter, and it ends up in Slovenia, a country that I have wanted to visit for many years since a half-slovenian friend has been speaking highly about the country.

When I come to southern Poland I will find a way west to leave option A and connect to option B. But now I have to finish this enormous meal.

Thought the bowl of white stuff in the top left was mashed potatoes, but as I swallowed a big spoonful of it it turned out to be horse raddish.
